How long will it take to get my purchase?

Orders will be shipped via USPS once payment has been received. Orders paid by check will ship once the check has cleared. Money order and credit card purchases usually ship the next business day. Most orders should be received within 7-10 days.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

You may return any product in good condition, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. We will give you a speedy exchange or refund. Package returned item along with original packing slip and an written explanation of the reason for the return, package securely and send to:

Troubleshooting

Q: I can't hear the audio on my Sounds Like Fun! DVD

A: Use the Audio button on your DVD remote control. There are two audio tracks included: One is a stereo track and one is a mono track. If your player does not play the stereo track properly, use the Audio button to switch to Audio 2.
