To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Speech & Language Warehouse has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

We use PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal, an industry leader in online transactions, uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information and address information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us.

How long will it take to get my purchase?

Orders will be shipped via USPS once payment has been received. Orders paid by check will ship once the check has cleared. Money order and credit card purchases usually ship the next business day. Most orders should be received within 3-4 days.

You may return any product in good condition, unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. We will give you a speedy exchange or refund. Troubleshooting

Q: I can't hear the audio on my Sounds Like Fun! DVD

A: Use the Audio button on your DVD remote control. There are two audio tracks included: One is a stereo track and one is a mono track. If your player does not play the stereo track properly, use the Audio button to switch to Audio 2.
